Koda's Italy Gym Tour

One physique.

Rome
The tour opens in the capital. Four days of structured push-pull-legs at two of the city's best-kept rooms, dialing in form before the road gets rough.
Every day has a home.
21 days, no gym, no excuses.
Three weeks in a Calabrian hill village means the nearest barbell is an hour away. So the physique gets built on three movements, a door frame, and a towel. This is where lat width is earned.
Wide-grip pull-ups
The width builder. Hands wide, chest to bar, slow on the way down.
Towel pull-downs
A towel over any high bar. Drives the lats when there's no cable stack for miles.
Door-frame isometric rows
Brace in the frame and pull. Pure tension, zero equipment, every day.
What 30 days are for.
Lean mass added across the 30-day block.
Wider V-taper from relentless pulling volume.
Thick, defined, deep-set abdominal blocks.
